    Join Miss Debbie and Miss Judy every Monday and Friday at 11:00 AM. Depending on the weather, this in-person program will be held at the Jan Hamilton park. If the weather is uncooperative, a virtual story time can be substituted.   • Mother’s Day Craft

    Children will transform mason jars into lovely luminaries that will be the perfect Mother’s Day gift. This in-person program will be held outside of the library (weather permitting).   • Teen Book Club

    Join area teens on the third (3rd) Tuesday of every month, as they discuss a book on a monthly basis.  During each gathering, teens receive a free book, and enjoy snacks, courtesy of the Teen Reading Lounge grant.
  • Pennsylvania’s Bucktail Regiment

    Texas was not the only state with a regiment of sharp shooters in the American Civil War. The Pennsylvania Bucktails, comprised of area farmers and hunters, began their legacy in McKean county under the direction of General Kane. Learn what life was like for a member of the Bucktails, when local author Bill Robertson shares his knowledge during a virtual program on May 18 at 6:30 PM. This is a prerecorded program that will premiere on the library’s Facebook page. After premiering, it will be linked to the library’s website.
  • Juice Box Heroes

    The Test Kitchen is a prerecorded, biweekly program that posts to the library’s Facebook page and is then linked to the library’s website.  We find the recipes, make the dishes, and rate the food!
  • Memorial Day Craft

    Do you have a creative work that you’d like to share with others (i.e. story, poem, music, etc.)?  The library is the perfect venue!
    Join us, in person, on the last Monday of every month at 6 PM.  We will meet in May on the 24th due to Memorial Day.
