A Sunday afternoon tea designed as a public awareness event is held in April.

Derby Events

The annual Derby Gala, was established in 2009 and contributes to the BAPL Endowment (restricted trust) Fund.  The Derby raises funds and makes the library more visible to the community with three separate (Triple Crown) events, each with a distinct audience and purpose:
